High Performance Lab’s ‘Long Term Athletic Development’ (LTAD) is an athletic strength training program which focuses on age appropriate youth sports performance training and strength training techniques to improve athleticism, promote correct movement patterns, and reduce the risk of injuries. Strength and conditioning for youth athletes has proven to establish beneficial physiological adaptions to help sustain a healthy body and growth.
It aims to provide a safe and effective training experience for young athletes while fostering a lifelong love for physical activity.
